Mr Bill Perkins, i have just came across you blending of the four gospels on kickstarter. I am very interested in looking into the purchase of this book however i have a very quick question. Is there anyway for international (Australia) purchases to obtain a walnut sleeve. These appears to be a fantastic addition and i would very much love to get my hands on it.
